Focused exclusively on seniors housing, Gryphon has been able to identify and execute transactions from individual owners, providing sellers with certainty of closing due to access to a spectrum of debt and equity capital. Gryphon has working relationships for both acquisition and development opportunities and is an approved HUD borrower. Gryphon believes that opportunities are abundant "between the coasts" and is focused on both acquiring existing properties from individual owners as well as the development of new communities.


Over the past five years, affiliates of Gryphon have owned, operated and/or developed senior living communities in Alabama, Illinois, Georgia, Florida, Tennessee and Wisconsin.
